The kitchen features an opus pattern limestone floor and full-height black granite splash-backs, complemented by a drop-down lighting box and eyeline ovens. A huge American fridge/freezer and a dining table complete the functional and stylish space.

Entertainment at Its Best

This 100 sq. meter bar room leads out into the swimming pool area, originally two rooms. We removed a structural wall and installed a glass balustrade as a step-up separation. The space features a huge, illuminated slate feature wall and limestone floor tiles laid onto electric underfloor heating.

Rustic and Contemporary Bliss

The main bathroom features a walk-in shower area and a large rustic wooden vanity unit with chiselled marble washbasins, all finished in silver travertine tile.

The main en-suite offers a contrasting contemporary theme with stone effect anthracite tiles, a 2m wall-hung vanity unit, a bathroom TV, a surround sound system, and a double-ended jacuzzi bath.

The second bathroom includes a mosaic-tiled fitted bath, bespoke vanity, laundry shoot to the utility below, black stone sit-on basins, and a walk-in shower with a smoked glass screen.

Functional Elegance

The cloakroom and bedrooms are crafted with rustic waxed timber elements, including skirtings, internal doors, door surrounds, staircase, wardrobes, and dressing tables.
