Fusion of industrial and contemporary elegance

Transforming Spaces with a Touch of Modern Luxury

Location: Edwinstowe

Kitchen

Industrial Elegance

This industrial-style kitchen was transformed by removing two internal walls, creating an open space with a fireplace adorned with brick slips and recessed lighting. The island features pendant lighting and a marble-effect quartz worktop, while a drinks bar with polished metal backing and quartz inserts complements the industrial look. Dark accents like a matte black hot water tap tie in elements like the radiator, exposed beam, and pendant lighting.

Main Bathroom

Modern and Traditional Harmony

The main bathroom showcases a harmonious blend of modern and traditional elements. Polished porcelain calacatta tiles set the stage, paired with brushed brass brassware. A raised platform separates the bathroom and wet area, allowing for a striking recessed LED light design that flows seamlessly around and up the WC wall. Traditional touches include a nickel freestanding bath, vanity unit, and tall column radiator, perfecting modern and traditional design.

Cloakroom

Timeless Fusion of Wood and Contemporary Design

The cloakroom is a fusion of timeless design, combining half-height bespoke wooden panelling with beautiful floral wallpaper. Recessed lighting and an 80cm LED illuminated mirror add a contemporary touch. The sleek black minimal design of the vanity unit with a black glass basin further enhances the modern aesthetic.

En-Suite

Contemporary Elegance with Leaf Effect

The en-suite embraces contemporary elegance with a leaf effect feature tile on the back wall, accentuated by a hanging illuminated mirror that highlights the tile’s shadowing. The shower features a spot-lit usable alcove and a tiled Wetroom floor. The contemporary look is completed with matt black brassware and a funky designer towel radiator.
